Floorboard Restoration
My Customer had lifted their carpet to find old floorboards, They wanted them to shine. After a god sanding a couple of the boards required lifting and replacing. On short notice I could not source reclaimed boards to fit so purchased new boards and aged them before sealing with Pallmann x98 to give the best protection against their dogs claws.
Water Stained Kitchen
This Kitchen Floor was good quality deep solid Oak but was badly damaged by water. After a really good sanding the floor was finished in Pallmann x98
Extension Floor Sanding and Finishing
This extension had just had a new roof put on, this meant it was fully waterproof. The floor was sanded to remove all of the old finish that was water damaged and scratched. There was also a trapdoor in the room that was badly covered by the previous floor fitter. The boards wobbled when walked on a were uneven to the floor. After gluing the boards I sanded them flat to the floor. The floor was covered on Arbortech Avenue 2k lacquer which was not only durable but eco friendly and the cure time was only 3 days meaning the customer could be in their conservatory after the weekend.
Hallway sand, to remove old stain and finish
This hall was badly worn out. But after a carful sanding we removed the old stain to reveal a stunning natural finish. This was then finished with eco friendly and durable pallmann x98 2k finish.
Kitchen Floor Restoration
Hookway Restoration recently completed this Kitchen Floor Restoration. This Oak Flooring was a Sanding and Finishing project, we expertly revitalized the floor that was badly damaged by scratches, water stains, and failed lacquer. Demonstrating our commitment to restoring the beauty of wood, we transformed the worn surface into a flawless, durable finish that enhances both appearance and longevity. Junkers Lacquer was used on this floor as a quick three day turn around was needed.
A Badly worn, water stained and scratched oak floor

This floor would have been lifted and scrapped by most, the water stain was really bad and the gouges from the heavy oak doors were really deep. This floor was an expensive solid oak floor so taki g a lot off of the top was not a problem.
