Extension Floor Sanding and Finishing

This extension had just had a new roof put on, this meant it was fully waterproof. The floor was sanded to remove all of the old finish that was water damaged and scratched. There was also a trapdoor in the room that was badly covered by the previous floor fitter. The boards wobbled when walked on a were uneven to the floor. After gluing the boards I sanded them flat to the floor. The floor was covered on Arbortech Avenue 2k lacquer which was not only durable but eco friendly and the cure time was only 3 days meaning the customer could be in their conservatory after the weekend.
